If you are looking for a different role in hockey from being a player, coach or administrator, umpiring could be for you. There is a great sense of achievement in being an umpire – you are key to the sport, and can use and develop your skill set in an exciting sporting environment.

A beginner umpire is on the first step of their journey and there are lots of opportunity to be involved in hockey at whatever level you choose. The umpire community is also very sociable and fun to be part of. Being an umpire offers great personal development in a sport that is fun, friendly, and exciting.
