Ardrossan Hockey Club: Scottish Hockey accreditation club case study
There are many fantastic examples of hockey clubs delivering great initiatives to enable hockey in Scotland. Scottish Hockey will publish a series of case studies, produced by Scottish Hockey accreditation clubs, to share good practice and the experiences of these clubs.
In this first case study, silver level accredited Ardrossan Hockey Club explains the key components to the success of their Back to Hockey programme.
The club ran a series of events in conjunction with Scottish Hockey to encourage and welcome people back to Hockey. Back to Hockey was open to both players interested in returning to the game, and first timers, and featured qualified coaches delivering tailored sessions surrounding fun hockey and fitness.
