Scotland boys’ and girls’ squads to face Wales in Glasgow

Scotland’s stars of the future will be on show as the Scotland Emerging boys’ and girls’ squads, alongside the Scotland Aspiring girls’ squad play Wales this weekend in a three-match series at the Glasgow National Hockey Centre.

On Friday 6 August both Scotland Emerging teams will play Wales at 7.00pm on pitches one and two; on Saturday 7 August Scotland Emerging boys’ and Aspiring girls’ teams will play at 2.00 on pitches one and two; and on Sunday the Emerging squads take to the pitch with matches starting at 10.00 on pitches one and two.

There are also matches between the girls’ Scotland Aspiring Group and Schools’ Games squad being played over the weekend. Matches are played on Friday at 4.30pm and Sunday at 1.30pm.

Due to Covid restrictions at the venue spectators are limited to two per player, so only players’ families should attend.
