Our approach to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
Understanding diversity and having a clear approach to equality are both key areas Scottish Hockey have embedded throughout our business plan. Inclusion will be the action we take to tackle inequalities. We know as the governing body for Hockey that we have a role to play in tackling inequality and contributing to a more inclusive hockey landscape. We will work to ensure that our community and those we welcome feel a sense of belonging in our sport.
