Scottish Hockey are  recruiting for key positions within our performance pathway programmes. These roles sit at the heart of our athlete development system, supporting excellence on and off the pitch. We are recruiting for the positions of:

National Aspiring Boys Head Coach

We are looking for an inspirational and committed coach with a strong passion for developing young athletes. The programme culminates in the U18 Eurohockey Championships II for the Aspiring Boys squad, where our aim is to be highly competitive in Europe to secure promotion to the Eurohockey Championship 2028. The role is central to strengthening player technical skills and preparing athletes for international hockey

National Pathway Assistant Coaches

This is an exciting opportunity to coach within the National Pathway, working with talented athletes and an experienced support team. The programme culminates in the Summer 8 Nations for the Emerging groups and U18 EuroHockey Championships for the Aspiring groups, where our aim is to be highly competitive in Europe.
