West District youth festival dates confirmed

West District Youth Festivals (outdoor) get underway again this weekend with opportunities for youngsters in the Under 8s, 10s, 12s, and 14s age groups.

All West District clubs are welcome to send teams along or players if unable to field a full team with these players then being mixed in with other teams.

Under 8s will be 4 a side, under 10s & 12s will be 6 a side and under 14s 8 a side.  All players and clubs welcome with all teams mixed.

The following dates and times have been confirmed for March and April, with more activities to be announced all the way up to the summer holidays in due course:

20 March, 3 April – Uddingston Cricket & Sports Club

Under 8s – 9.30-11am

Under 10s – 11.00-12.30pm

Under 12s – 12.30-2.00pm

All teams should contact the festival organisers in advance to book a place.

10 April – Western Wildcats, Auchenhowie

Under 14s – 10.00-12pm

All teams should contact the festival organisers in advance to book a place.

Please email Euan Miller to confirm attendance in advance.

Clubhouses at both venues will also be open to all clubs, players and parents for teas and coffees.  Feel free to use fully.
