Membership survey close to launch
Scottish Hockey will launch a membership survey on Monday 16
January.
The survey will be hosted on Survey Monkey, an online market
research tool and a web link to the membership survey will be sent
to individuals via email. In addition, it can be accessed via the
Scottish Hockey website, Facebook and Twitter.
Respondents completing the entire survey will be entered into a
prize draw to win the following items:
First Prize – £100 of vouchers for JJB Sports (one lucky
winner)
Second Prize – two tickets for the hockey at the London 2012
Olympic Games (two lucky winners)
The survey will be available online until Tuesday 28 February and
we would actively encourage individuals to participate in this
important membership study.
Louise McIntyre, Membership Development Officer, said:
“Scottish Hockey is undertaking the membership survey to generate
insight into how its members are introduced to hockey and the
‘pathway’ members take throughout their participation lifecycle. We
also would like to understand why some members decide to not to
renew membership and/or leave the sport.”
“The organisation will then be able to utilise the information
gathered from members to consider more effective means to providing
a better service to its members and encourage them to continue
participation in hockey.”
A paper version of the membership survey can be sent out via post
to those members preferring this option. Please contact us on
0131 453 9070 or [email protected]
