Are you a clear and organised communicator who loves connecting people and information? We are looking for a Governance and Operations Administrator to help Scottish Hockey coordinate and communicate effectively with clubs, members, partners, and to support across our team. In this wide-ranging role, you’ll help communication enquiries and ensure messages are handled promptly and consistently. You will play a key role that keeps hockey in Scotland moving forward.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across governance, operations, and stakeholder engagement, while contributing directly to the growth and effectiveness of Scottish Hockey. You’ll be at the heart of our work, a first point of contact for our members — supporting meetings, projects, events, and day-to-day operations—making a real difference every day.
