Scottish Hockey Mascot
Scottish Hockey will soon have its own mascot and you have the opportunity to choose our mascot’s name.
The mascot is a friendly hippo who will be dressed in the full senior men’s hockey kit. On the back of the hippo’s strip will be a name.
To decide our hippo’s name, we will run a twitter poll on the Scottish Hockey twitter page.
You have the following names to choose from:
- Hamish the Hockey Hippo
- Hector the Hockey Hippo
- Hudson the Hockey Hippo
- Harper the Hockey Hippo
The name with the highest amount of votes will be the name of our mascot, and the winning name will be announced on Friday 1 July.
The hockey hippo will be introduced to you at a later date and you will most likely have the chance to meet our hippo at local, community, national, and international events in the near future.
