Scottish Hockey development team – staffing update

Scottish Hockey’s Development team will experience a
period of considerable staff movement over the coming
weeks.

This is a period of considerable movement in the
Development area of Scottish Hockey.  Firstly, Ben Glencross
has tendered his resignation as Development Manager in order to
take up the opportunity of a fresh challenge as Business and
Development Manager for an Edinburgh based Charity (Hearts and
Minds).  He will leave in mid December.  Ben has been
with Scottish Hockey for over 8 years and has made a considerable
contribution to the development of the sport in Scotland.  We
wish him well in his new career.  The process to find a
replacement will commence shortly.
In addition, Scottish Hockey is delighted to
welcome two new members of staff who start in December.
Louise MacIntyre will be our new Development Officer – this
post replaces the Youth Development Officer but witha focus on
Membership (including Youth) and Clubs.  Jamie Frail takes
over from Keith Joss as Glasgow and West Development Officer
(currently partly funded by Cashback).  We welcome them to
both to the team.
