Scottish Hockey CEO vacancy
Are you looking for a challenging, rewarding job leading a skilled team to deliver an ambitious long-term strategy to increase engagement and success in one of Scotland’s most inclusive sports?
If so, you could be the CEO we’re looking for!
As we enter the Build phase of our ‘Reset Build Excel’ strategy, we’re looking for a dynamic leader to take our sport to the next level. You’ll be joining a driven, knowledgeable staff team, which is supported by an experienced board and hundreds of dedicated volunteers.
We’re looking for a strong, inclusive, leader who can think strategically and connect this operationally. While you don’t need hockey experience, you will need a strong understanding of the broader sporting and political landscape and challenges they present – alongside the relationship-building skills, horizon-scanning, commercial acumen, and leadership style to tackle these.
The role brings the opportunity to travel across Scotland, Europe, and beyond to promote Scottish Hockey, build meaningful partnerships, and shape the future of our sport.
