Scottish Hockey AGM
Dear Members,
As we look ahead to Tuesday’s Scottish Hockey AGM, we’re very much looking forward to welcoming you and working together through some important items that will help shape the future of our sport. We have an incredibly skilled and experienced board and with your support we have four new nominees following the publicised recruitment campaign for new directors.
Embracing Change: Strategy and Communications Review
Scottish Hockey is committed to driving positive change and is currently shaping a new strategic direction to strengthen and grow the sport. As part of this, we will be launching a review of both internal and external communications over the summer and this is in recognition of the challenges that exist and ultimately to support our staff and our members as we strive for the appropriate resource and infrastructure that will help us all move forward collaboratively. To do this effectively, we want to engage with you to understand constructively the current challenges and opportunities — not just to meet today’s needs, but to build a foundation for long-term improvements.
