Then Katie Robertson was denied by a double save as the Scots pressed for a second goal.
Despite the Scotland dominance there were no further goals and the game was 1-0 at half time.

The attacking play from Scotland was relentless after half time, and Amy Costello was denied by a good save from a powerful drag flick.
Jenny Eadie was next to be denied when she cracked a low shot against the leg guards of the keeper.
