NottsSport U14 Girls Inter Districts Champions Crowned

The NottsSport  U14 Girls Inter  Districts took place on Sunday. All seven districts were represented and one combined team from the top three teams of last year. The competition started with two pools of 4 teams, all teams playing each other once for positions in the second stage of the competitions cross over.

 

In Pool A

East 3 v South 0

Midland 6 v Highland 0

East 1 v Midland 0

Highland 0 v South 1

Highland 0 v East 8

Midland 1 v South 1

 

In Pool B

North 0 v Hybrid 1

West 2 v South West 0

North 0 v West 4

South West 0 v Hybrid 1

South West 4 v North 0

Hybrid 0 v West 2

 

After a short break, the cross over matches commenced. The first set of matches to take place were the semi finals.

Semi finals 1 East v Hybrid 2-0

Semi final 2 West v Midland 5-0

 

Cross over matches from 3rd in each pool South West v South 2-0

Cross over match from 4th in each pool North v Highland 4-0

 

The Final saw East and West play off for the District Championship.  The winner coming out with three goal to one victory, Champions once again East.
