Enter free prize draw by completing our new membership survey


As part of our ongoing goal to increase hockey participation in
Scotland, we have prepared a survey aimed at understanding more
about member involvement at different stages in their life and
would be extremely grateful if you could spend 5-10 minutes
completing the survey. The survey will give us a better
understanding of our members and, in particular, how they are
introduced to hockey and develop in the sport. Based on the results
we can then focus our energies into more effectively retaining and
supporting members and also look at ways to encourage new
members.

As a thank you for completing the survey you have the option of
being entered into our free prize draw to win a first prize of £100
worth of JJB vouchers,  there will also be two runners up,
both receiving a pair of tickets to an Olympic hockey game (exact
game tbc). By clicking on the link below you will be taken to the
survey operated by an independent website called Survey Monkey,
once there simply follow the onscreen instructions. Should you have
