Scottish Hockey is delighted to welcome Clyde Munro Dental Group as the provider of custom fit mouth guards for our Scotland National Teams.
The dental group is also offering discounted provision of mouth guards to pathway players and Brave centres, made by their mouthguard technician at SmilePlus Dental Care and Implant Centre in Edinburgh.
Clyde Munro is Scotland’s leading dental group with practices across the whole country. Their clinical teams treat patients as its neighbours, with a welcoming smile.
The dedicated teams at Clyde Munro practices are committed to delivering high-quality dental care to all members of the community.
Scottish Hockey’s Interim CEO, Jennifer Griffin, said, “Custom fitted mouth guards are so important to the safety and dental health of our players so we’re delighted to work with Clyde Munro to offer top quality mouth guards to our athletes.
“Mouth guards are a crucial piece of kit and we’re very much look forward to bringing this relationship to life during what is an exciting period for Scottish Hockey.”
Jim Hall, CEO of Clyde Munro said, “It is an absolute pleasure partnering with Scottish Hockey and helping protect the smiles of their players with the provision of these hockey mouthguards. It is important to prevent dental trauma in any contact support and these custom fitted mouthguards will certainly help reduce this risk. We advise anyone playing contact sport to wear a retentive, custom fitted mouthguard. We also hope it helps improve confidence and performances for Scottish Hockey”.
