Uddingston excel at the top
Aberdeen Asset Management Men’s National League Division 2
Uddingston top the table on 30 points and with a game in hand, they welcome third place Aberdeen GSFP, these two teams met at the start of the season with Uddingston taking the victory with a substantial 8-1 win.
There is a mid-table battle this Saturday with Erskine Stewart Melville FP welcoming Stepps, only two points separate these two, with the Glaswegians taking the three points earlier in the season by one goal.
Besieged bottom side FMGM Monarchs travel away to a steady Falkirk GHG, Falkirk have only won one match at home so far and will want to get all three points of this struggling side.
After a hard fort match against fourth place University of St Andrews last weekend but missing out on those vital points tenth place CALA Edinburgh travel away to take on second place Watsonians. Watsonians won 6-1 when they met earlier in the season and have only lost one match it will be a tough game for CALA this weekend.
Granite City Wanderers drop to ninth after losing out to a strong Watsonian side last weekend, they take on struggling Glasgow University who have only won one game so far.
University of St Andrews welcome Alpha Data Carnegie, then on Sunday the top team Uddingston face Glasgow University.
Aberdeen Asset Management Men’s National League Division 3
A tough weekend for bottom side Ayr as they take on undefeated 2020 Renewables Greenock this Saturday. The first game of the season saw a 5-2 loss at Ayr, but after the league leaders run of form they are the team to beat.
Eighth place Giffnock face a double header at home this weekend, firstly they welcome third place Harris Academy FP followed by ninth place ADTI Aberdeen University. They will be hoping to pick up points from both these matches.
Second place Perthshire failed to tarnish Greenocks record with a 4-2 loss last weekend, they hope to redeem themselves with a win against Highland on Saturday.
University of Strathclyde moved up to seventh after a picking up points in both their matches last weekend, they welcome fourth University of Dundee. Waverly Inveresk Trinity play ADTI Aberdeen University.
Regional
Central Division 1
PSL Team Sport Clydesdale II move up to second after winning both their matches last weekend, they travel away to Stepps who have recently found form winning their last two matches.
Top team Grange II face bottom side Western Wildcats II, Wildcats have only won one match which was earlier on in the season and lost to the top side 6-0 at the start, it will be a tough game for them this weekend.
Mid table side Grange III welcome third placed Hillhead II, who have taken points from their last four matches and after their 6-0 win over Grange III at the start of the season they will be confident of another win.
University of Stirling welcome Edinburgh University II whilst struggling Edinburgh University III face sixth place Inverleith II.
Central Division 2
Top of the table clash this weekend, where high flyers Rottenrow Blue Sox face second place Anchor, who will be looking to tarnish the blue soxs unbeaten record.
Struggling Glasgow University II face seventh place Watsonians II, the students were unlucky not to take any points from last weekend’s away fixture to fourth place East Kilbride. Watsonians started the season well but have lost vital points in recent weeks.
At the bottom end of the table Alpha Data Carnegie II have a tough weekend ahead as they face third place Uddingston II who have only lost one game so far.
After last weekend’s 6-1 win over bottom of the table GHK travel away to Clydeside, there is only one point between these teams so expect a close score line.
CALA Edinburgh II travel away to bottom side Livingston & West Lothian who are not having a great season as they are without any points on the table.
Fourth place East Kilbride go away to Erskine Stewart Melville II and Falkirk GHG face PSL Team Sport Clydesdale III.
North Division
Bottom side ADTI Aberdeen University II welcome second place Grove Menzieshill II, who will want the three points to go top of the league.
AAM Gordonians II who are the current league leaders face Aberdeen GSFP III whilst Aberdeen GSFP II are at home to third place Granite City Wanderers II.
