U16 National Competition gets underway
The future stars of tomorrow look set to shine when the opening round of the U16 Boys and Girls National Competition takes place in Dundee and Edinburgh on Sunday 9 November.
The early stages will include a pool format where teams will play for position before advancing to a finals day in March next year.
In the Girls competition, CALA Edinburgh, Clydesdale, Granite City Wanderers, Fjordhus Reivers compete in Pool A (Mayfield Park, Dundee), while Watsonians. Inverleith, Hillhead and Perthshire-Kinross compete in Pool B (Peffermill Playing Fields, Edinburgh).
Elsewhere, Watsonians, Perthshire, Western Wildcasts, Blairgowrie-Kinross, Highland and Gordonians will play across two pools (Mayfield Park, Dundee); Grove Menzieshill, CALA Reivers, Clydesdale and Inverleith will battle it out in the other half of the draw (Peffermill Playing Fields, Edinburgh).
