Tickets now on sale for Inverleith’s European campaign in Edinburgh
Inverleith will host the EuroHockey Indoor Club Champions Trophy
(M) in Edinburgh from 17-19 February 2012, when they will make
their first appearance in the competition. Following Grove
Menzieshill’s demotion from the Club Champions Cup last season, the
capital outfit compete in the Trophy tournament and will play Lille
MHC (FRA), Slagelse HC (DEN) and Racing Club de Bruxelles (BEL) in
Pool B. In Pool A, WKS Grunwald Poznan (POL), HC Kolos-Sekvoya
Vinnitsa (UKR), HC 1972 Rakovnik (CZE) and AD Lousada (POR) will
also battle it out for a place in the semi-finals.
WKS Grunwald will be aiming to return to the Club Champions Cup
following their relegation last year, whilst Lille MHC could pose a
large threat again as they narrowly missed out on promotion in the
Trophy in the 2011 season.
The tournament will be played at Edinburgh’s Napier University at
Sighthill Campus and 300 seats will be made available for
spectators at the venue on each day of the competition.
