Aberdeen Asset Management Women’s National League Division 1
Milne Craig Clydesdale Western had a tremendous score line this weekend, after travelling away for an 11-1 win over struggling Western Wildcats.
Top of the table Grove Menzieshill confirmed they are the team to beat after a 6-1 win over Watsonians, making it ten out of ten wins for the Dundee based side. Fourth place Dundee Wanderers put in a great performance winning 8-0 over GHK.
CALA Edinburgh move up to seventh after a 3-1 win over fifth place Glynhill Kelburne. Bottom side Grange EL forfeited their match with Edinburgh University.
Aberdeen Asset Management Women’s National League Division 2
Leading the division AAM Merlins Gordonians welcomed Borders Fjordhus Reivers, beating them 2-0. Second place Hillhead managed a 2-1 win over Erksine Stewart Melville FP, closing the gap on the leaders. With only one point difference Hillhead have a game in hand as we pass the halfway stage.
Glasgow University travelled away to fellow student based team University of Dundee and secured a 7-2 win to help them move up to sixth in the table.
Bottom side Haddington put in a brave performance drawing 2-2 with Granite City Wanderers.
Aberdeen Asset Management Women’s National League Division 3
Stirling University beat ADTI Aberdeen University 2-1 and University of St Andrews travelled away to University of Strathclyde to win 5-0.
Championship
West Division
Glasgow Accies put their recent results behind them as they beat Kelburne II 9-0. Stirling Wanderers put in a much stronger performance than the last time they played top side Milne Craig Clydesdale Western II, with only a 3-1 loss.
East Division
Edinburgh University II added to their goal tally this weekend with a 9-1 over second place CALA Edinburgh II.
Grange EL II travelled away and secured a solid win over Edinburgh University III 3-0, after last playing them ending up in a draw.
Grove Menzieshill A lost to fifth place Watsonians A 2-1.
