Support the British Heart Foundation for Heart Month
This February is Heart Month and we would love for you to get involved!
Our charity partners, The British Heart Foundation, estimate that in the UK more than half of us will get a heart or circulatory condition in our lifetime. Our partnership will help power the research to transform mind-blowing ideas into lifesaving treatments and cures. This Heart Month we are hoping that everyone at Scottish Hockey will “Go Red” to raise funds for the BHF and join our Nation of Lifesavers by learning CPR. This will not only raise money for lifesaving research but also provide the opportunity to have some fun doing so.
Heart Month 2023
Save lives today by learning CPR. Save lives tomorrow by going red.
Learn CPR for free with RevivR
Many of us will witness a cardiac arrest in our lifetime. Be ready for that day. Learn lifesaving CPR in just 15 minutes, with RevivR. All you need is a cushion and your phone. You can access your training though the Scottish Hockey QR code.
Go Red for Heart Month
We’re urging everyone at Scottish Hockey to Go Red for Heart Month this February, to raise money for research into heart and circulatory diseases. Red themed training night, red fitness challenge, red bake sales – and more! There are plenty of things you can do to raise money during Heart Month.
Any money raised through your fundraising can be paid onto the Scottish Hockey BHF Just Giving page

We’d love to hear how you’re going to get involved, so please get in touch at [email protected] and share your plans for Heart Month! The British Heart Foundation and Scottish Hockey will be sharing the best pictures and fundraising ideas across our social media channels throughout February so keep us posted!
