Aberdeen Assest Management Women into Coaching Programme is taking shape after Stirling University provided evidence to support the programme in the form of statistics and interviews with women hockey coaches.
In the build up to the launch of the programme’s application process, workshops will be held in each District.
The Aberdeen Asset Management Women into Coaching programme will support the development of women coaches either within their current coaching environment or in a new environment from the start of the 2013/14 season.
The programme will provide coaches, depending on individual needs, with the opportunity to develop their coaching capabilities through a variety of interventions whether targeted at ‘how to’ or ‘what to’ coach.
