Senior Women’s Indoor Training Session
Gordon Shepherd, Senior Women’s Coach is delivering a
Senior Women’s indoor training session on 14th January
from 1pm-4pm at School of Sport, Bellahouston Academy,
Glasgow.
The Indoor programme this season is to focus on development of
players for the outdoor squad. With it being a three hour session
it will cover basic skills and also overload exercises and small
sided games and set play practice.
Coaches and Teachers are asked to confirm their attendance to
this training session where Gordon and Neil Menzies, Assistant
Coach will spend time discussing the various aspects of the player
performance by emailing Coaching
