Seeking volunteers for Scottish Hockey performance strategy development
We are excited to put out a call to action to continue to support the development of the performance strategy and business plan for hockey in Scotland.
As part of this journey we have consulted with the wider membership and with GB Hockey which has helped up identify four key pillars that we believe will guide our efforts: performance coach development; performance clubs; international success; strong and aligned performance pathways.
The next stage in our process is to consult with you across these areas to help add detail that will drive our business plan and priotisation. We firmly believe that the success of this strategy depends on the input and engagement of our members.
We have some very tight timelines to complete this process, therefore we will look to host an online session.
Your participation and insights will be invaluable to us. If you are interested in contributing, please complete the Microsoft form and let us know your availability. We will then get a Teams invite sent out to those that have indicated they can attend.
