Scottish Hockey secures extra tickets for London 2012
Scottish Hockey has secured additional tickets for the
hockey competition at this summer’s Olympic Games. These
tickets are for the hockey pool matches from 29th July to 7th
August.
UPDATE 10/05/2012: All tickets have now been
sold.
All tickets are for the evening session (19:00 – 22:45),
featuring two matches, and each ticket costs £35.
These tickets will be made available to Scottish Hockey clubs
and members in a staggered stage approach:
Stage 1, from 23rd April: Clubs that have not
yet booked tickets will have the opportunity to purchase up to 4
tickets. If you are unsure if your club has already booked
tickets please contact Chris Todd via
email.
Stage 2, from 27th April: All clubs will have
the maximum number of tickets available to for purchase increased
to 8 should tickets still remain from Stage 1, allowing clubs that
have already booked tickets to acquire more.
Stage 2, from 2nd May: Maximum number of
tickets available to purchase by clubs increased to 12 should any
tickets still remain from Stage 2.
Tickets are £35 each
To order tickets please contact Chris Todd via
email with the following information:
- Your name
- Your club
- Invoicing address
- The dates you’d like to book, with number of tickets per
day.
Tickets will be sold on a first come, first served
basis.
Orders for clubs that have already booked tickets, or are at
their current maximum, will be not be processed if received before
the Stage at which they are eligible to order more tickets.
Invoices will be sent ti clubs once the tickets are with us.
When ordering please communicate with your club to
ensure multiple orders aren’t placed.
How these tickets are allocated within your club is a matter for
each club to decide. Some clubs have held raffles, others
have auctioned them. As long as these events are held
internally to club members and not open sale to the public there is
no issue.
