Scottish Hockey development team – staffing update
Scottish Hockey’s Development team will experience a
period of considerable staff movement over the coming
weeks.
Ben Glencross has tendered his resignation as Development
Manager in order to take up the opportunity of a fresh challenge as
Business and Development Manager for an Edinburgh based Charity
(Hearts and Minds).
He will leave in mid December following eight years service to
Scottish Hockey. Ben has made a considerable contribution to the
development of the sport in Scotland and we wish him well in his
new career. The process to find a replacement will commence
shortly.
In addition, Scottish Hockey is delighted to welcome two new
members of staff who will start in December. Louise McIntyre
will be our new Development Officer – this post replaces the Youth
Development Officer vacated by Steven Percy, but with a focus on
Membership (including Youth) and Clubs.
Jamie Frail takes over from Keith Joss as Glasgow and West
Development Officer (currently partly funded by Cashback for
Communities). We welcome them to both to the team.
