Scottish Hockey chooses Sport:80 to provide its new membership and engagement system
Sport:80 has been chosen by Scottish Hockey to supply a new membership system in support of the governing body’s innovation and digital transformation strategy.
By adopting the Sport:80 platform, Scottish Hockey will be able to leverage a suite of powerful functionalities to support back-office tasks from membership and event registrations to data reporting and financial administration. The user-friendly solution will also allow Scottish Hockey’s 14,000+ members to benefit from seamless access to a system that allows them to manage their engagement in the sport more easily than ever.
In 2022, Scottish Hockey outlined its ambitious ‘Reset, Build, Excel’ vision of elevating the sport to unprecedented levels of success over the next decade, and the Sport:80 platform will have an important part to play in realising that goal.
Its strategy involves a commitment to organisational cultural change, strategic transformation, and unprecedented excellence, and the Sport:80 platform will support Scottish Hockey to transform operations, become more technologically savvy, and ultimately, propel the sport to new heights of popularity and success.
“We are thrilled to welcome Scottish Hockey into the Sport:80 community, as the organisation becomes the first Scottish NGB to adopt our technology,” said Sport:80 Chief Operating Officer, Jonny Turner.
“Working together, we will support Scottish Hockey in leveraging a range of platform functionalities to support the organisation’s ambitious strategy.
“We are excited to work closely with their team and provide the tools required to streamline processes and make data-driven decisions, and we are confident that we can support Scottish Hockey to achieve their goals in the years to come.”
Lewis Sinclair, Operations Administrator at Scottish Hockey, expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership: “We are incredibly excited to work with Sport:80.
“This agreement opens up a world of possibilities for us, and the platform will provide us with all the tools we need to propel our organisation forward. With this cutting-edge solution, we are poised to more effectively connect with our diverse community of athletes, coaches, officials, fans, and more.
“With Sport:80’s support, we are confident in our ability to leverage the power of technology to set new benchmarks and strive for excellence.”
