Perthshire hockey festival a hit with youngsters
Perthshire Junior Hockey hosted a tournament that included over 150 young hockey players from Grove Menziehill HC, Dundee Wanderers HC, Perthshire HC, Blairgowrie HC, Dunfermline Carnegie HC, Junior Hockey Academy and Kinross HC.
Winners from the U10 tournament were: Junior Hockey Academy
Winners from the U12 tournament were: Dunfermline Carnegie
Winners from the U14 tournament were: Dunfermline Carnegie
Perthshire hockey club were 5th, 2nd and 3rd in their respective age groups!
The tournament demonstrated the high standard of hockey across these regions as well as excellent sportsmanship and a shared enjoyment of hockey. Kinross HC club host next on March 15th outdoor at their home ground at the Muirs – contact Andrew McIntyre for more details.
