NottsSport U14 Boys Inter Districts Champions Crowned
The NottsSport U14 Boys Inter districts took place at Peffermill on Saturday. The boys play a round robin competition seeing all 5 districts play against each other for the chance to be the district Champions.
The day was a wet affair but this did not dampen the enthusiasm of the players, umpires and officials. The first game between Midland and West ended in a scoreless draw. Game 2 saw a two nil victory for East over Highland. The third game saw West rack up seven goals to take the win over North. Game 4 Midland v Highland ended with a five to one win for Midland. Game 5 East took the points over North seven goals to nil. Game 6 Highland v West ended in a four nil win for West. Game 7 Midland v North saw Midland win with six goals to one. Game 8 West v East ended with East taking their third win of the tournament, five goals to two. Game 9 North v Highland saw Highland take their first points of the tournament with a four nil win.
