Midland and East triumph in U18 Inter-District events
U18 Girls Indoor Inter-District
Midland District were crowned the winners of the U18 Girls Inter-District event at Stirling Sports Village on Saturday. Dundee Wanderers’ youngster Jessica Ross impressed for the winners with a number of crucial goals.
The Midland side recorded wins over East (1-0), North (3-2) and South (7-0), whilst being held to a 2-2 draw by West to finish top of the pool standings. They finished one point ahead of East District, who were runners-up on nine points after wins over North (5-1), South (8-1) and West (3-0).
West finished two points further back in third place with seven points, following wins over South (7-2), North (2-1) and a draw with Midland (2-2). South recorded a 3-2 win over North to finish above them in fourth place.

U18 Boys Indoor Inter-District
East, Midland and West Districts were the teams that featured in the U18 Boys Inter-District event at Stirling Sports Village today.
East District were the winning side after finishing the event unbeaten and top of the pool standings. They recorded wins over Midland (3-0), West (5-2), West (3-2) and a draw with Midland (4-4).
Midland finished runners-up after beating West 7-3 in the final match of the day.
