Member Registration deadline Friday 27 September
Clubs are reminded that the deadline for returning their member registration workbook is Friday 27 September.
Clubs were sent out their workbooks on 13 August and the six week window for returning them is soon to close.
It is the responsibility of the clubs to ensure that their players are registrered for the current season.
We are now several games into the new season and there should be no reason why clubs are unable to provide a list of members; if you are having difficulty doing this then please contact us and we can help if needed.
It is imperitive that clubs return their registrations in the format sent out, following the instructions provided in the original and subsequent reminder emails. Clubs are specifically reminded of the following:
- Please DO NOT delete any rows, if you find a duplicate, only mark one as ‘active’.
- Please DO NOT amend any formulas in the cells.
- Any new members must be added to the ‘NEW MEMBERS’ sheet, not ‘CURRENT MEMBERS’.
- Any new members must also have been transfered from their previous club if applicable.
- You are reminded that fees are paid by way of the three stage invoicing used in previous seasons, you do not need to send in any payment at this stage.
- Additional members that join later in the season can be added on an individual basis after the submission of the workbooks.
If you are having difficulty with your workbooks or have a specific question please email Service Desk
