Lead the Way participants announced for 2022-23
Scottish Hockey is delighted to announce the Lead the Way participants for 2022-23, in what will be the fourth year of Lead the Way.
This year’s impressive group of participants will benefit from access to a range of experienced presenters, and workshops, that are designed to help inspire the participants; develop their leadership skills; and build their confidence.
The programme is designed to help the participants use the knowledge and experience gained in the programme to support their clubs and districts to excel, whether through coaching; volunteering and committee work; or by supporting new projects.
Once again there is a fantastic geographical spread within the participants with representation from across Scotland.
The programme is now underway with a workshop on ‘Developing a Growth Mindset and Club Culture’ already successfully delivered for the group. Further sessions on leadership; personal development; and mental health are planned for the months ahead.
Lead the Way is open to all ages and level of experience. If you are interested in the Lead the Way programme, and would be interested in finding out more, please click HERE or contact one of our Regional Development Managers:
