Grange and Clydesdale reach final
Grange and Clydesdale will contest the U18 Boys Indoor Cup final following their semi-final wins at this afternoon’s competition at Bell’s Sports Centre.
Both sides topped the standings after their three pool matches; the Edinburgh side recorded wins over Kelburne, Aberdeen GSFP and Harris Academy, while Clydesdale defeated Dundee Wanderers (7-2) and Gordonians (4-2), before drawing with Watsonians (5-5).
In the semi-finals, Grange narrowly triumphed over city rivals Watsonians (5-4). while Clydesale advanced to the final by a similar one goal advantage, nudging out Kelburne (8-7).
The U18 Indoor Cup final will be played on Saturday 9 February at the Indoor Gala Day, Bells Sports Centre, Perth.
