Five goals for Simpson in Cup
Five goals from Douglas Simpson was the catalyst in Western
Wildcats` 9-1 defeat of third division Ayr in a postponed second
round tie in the Arthur McKay Scottish Cup at Cambusdoon. The
other strikes came from Stephen Percy, Niall McLeod, Peter Martin
and Scott McCartney. Cup holders Western now join other top
sides Glynhill Kelburne, Grange and Inverleith in the quarter-final
draw
