Expression of Interest – Digital Services
Scottish Hockey is inviting notes of interest for the supply of digital solutions to enhance the member experience, and focus on game related activity.
The integration of products is essential to creating a single experience for our membership.
The ability for individuals to personally log into, register, and engage through a unified system with associated app is key to this phase of development.
Key areas:
- Membership management
- Competition provision
- Officials’ appointments
- Mobile application
- Club services
- Data collection and reporting
- Cross Integration of platforms – internal and externally
- Financial management
- Player management
Organisations are asked to formally submit an overview of how their product(s) can automate and enhance these area as well as indicative costings.
Timeline
25 Feb: Expression of interest invite published and made available to interested tenderers
9 Mar: Deadline for clarification questions
16 Mar: Deadline for Scottish Hockey to respond to clarification questions
23 Mar: Deadline for receipt of formal expression of interests
30 Mar: Notification to successful expressions inviting them to scoping meeting
13 Apr: Preferred supplier chosen
