EuroHockey U18 Youth Championship II official programme
The countdown to the 2016 EuroHockey Youth Championship II (U18 Boys & Girls) competition in Glasgow is well and truly on.
The tournament will take place at the National Hockey Centre in Glasgow on 24-30 July 2016, and the full programme for the competition has been finalised.
The participating teams for the boys’ tournament are: Scotland; Wales; France; and Ukraine in Pool A and Russia; Switzerland; Austria; and Poland in Pool B.
The participating teams for the girls’ tournament in Pool A are: France; Ukraine; Lithuania; and Belarus, while Pool B will include: Scotland; Italy; Czech Republic; and Austria.
It is the first EuroHockey Nations outdoor tournament Scotland has hosted at any age group since 2007, and it is a fantastic opportunity for the U18 international squads to play at home in front of friends and family as they look to secure promotion back to the Championship division.
Tickets are priced £5 for adults; £2 for 5-16 year olds and concessions; and entry is free for the under-fives. An adult season ticket for the full tournament is £20 while a season ticket for 5-16 year olds is £10. Tickets can be bought at the venue each day of the event. Season tickets can be purchased online in advance at £18 for adults, and this includes a free programme.
