Club Selection Criteria for Professional Coaching Programme launched
Scottish Hockey, in partnership with Aberdeen Asset
Management, has launched the Club Selection Criteria for the
Professional Coaching Programme.

Aberdeen Asset Management has invested funds with Scottish
Hockey for the employment of full-time coaches to be
deployed at clubs in order to increase the quality and
standard of play across national league competitions by developing
quality players.
These coaches will also have a further role in
the development of grassroots hockey in
the local area of the club.
Scottish Hockey will enter into a partnership with
clubs that can demonstrate that they have an ambitious
plan to change the culture of performance hockey within the
national leagues.
The funding will cover an initial period of
3 years.
Scottish Hockey, in partnership with Aberdeen Asset Management,
