following the outcome of a complaint and subsequent appeal from
Greenock Hockey Club.
Following a complaint and subsequent appeal from Greenock Hockey
Club against the Scottish Hockey Competitions and Events Manager,
an Appeal Panel met on 16 August 2012 to consider the case.
The appeal was dismissed and considered without merit
by the Appeal Panel.
Because of the exceptional circumstances, the Scottish Hockey
Board of Directors has requested that this decision be published in
full on the Scottish Hockey website.
