Hometown: Glasgow
Lives: Glasgow
Hobbies: Hockey, football, running, and almost any other sport. When I’m not training you’ll find me with my beautiful dog going on hikes or cuddling on the sofa watching trash tv. I love cooking (the spicier the better) and watching films – my degree was in Film and Spanish!

Nickname if any? Ali
Favourite TV programme/ movie? Derry Girls and Schitts Creek are up there. Huge fan of The Simpsons and Bob’s Burgers too. Absolutely love a horror film or strange wee foreign films. My favourites are probably Raw, Portrait of a Lady on Fire, and The Emperor’s New Groove (don’t argue, it’s a masterpiece.)
Favourite meal? Not sure I could pick just one… but Mexican/Latin American food is my all time favourite cuisine. Got to be spicy though.
Hidden talent: I speak Spanish and a bit of French. I also still remember all the steps to the Hoedown Throwdown.
What is your favourite song/band? Frightened Rabbit but on a less cool note, Olivia Rodrigo is a genius.
Favourite holiday destination: Barcelona and Berlin rank quite high for me but I’d love to spend a year traveling through Latin America.
Sporting hero? There are so many… Probably Ian Wright or Lotte Wubben-Moy in terms of positive impact on the sporting world/society. Skill/general supremacy would have to be Serena Williams or Sha’Carri Richardson.
Notes / interesting info: I own 7 hot water bottles in different shapes and sizes and I once came second in a Scottish Football mini gameshow – my celebrity gameshow partner let the side down.
