Scottish Hockey Strategic Plan 2019-23 Consultation

Scottish Hockey is developing its Strategic Plan for 2019-2023. As part of our consultation we are keen to hear your views on how we can increase the number of people involved in hockey, and how we can grow and strengthen hockey in Scotland.

The following questionnaire should take less than 10 minutes to complete.

The questions focus on your current experiences of Hockey, and how we can improve the sport in the future.

On completion of the survey you will have the option to leave your name and contact details to be included in our prize draw for the chance to win a £100 Amazon voucher and signed Scottish Hockey memorabilia.

Your personal data will not be used for any other purpose. Scottish Hockey will only store the information in this survey until the survey is completed and analysed and thereafter it will be deleted.
