Member Satisfaction Survey: Indoor Hockey 2014/15
Scottish Hockey is seeking member feedback from the 2014-15 indoor season in the form of a customer satisfaction survey.
You can complete the customer satisfaction survey via Survey Monkey and will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. The survey will close on Friday 6 March
This survey is primarily for players, coaches, umpires, officials and team managers who participated in the indoor hockey season.
The organisation is committing to regular member engagement about the sport and therefore, we want to measure satisfaction with the services we provide, including competitions.
We will be contacting member clubs shortly to seek feedback specifically on the structure and format of the indoor season.
Please click this Survey Monkey link to complete the survey.
Thank you for your help and valued feedback.
