Shaping the future of Hockey in Scotland will centre on meaningful consultation and engagement with key stakeholders across the Scottish hockey community. This process aims to identify and prioritise the critical areas needed to support the sport’s growth and development at every level.

To drive this work forward, a short-term working group will be established in 2025. This group will coordinate the engagement process and help shape a forward-looking strategy that inspires and unites our participants, clubs, officials, districts, staff, and boards—guiding us all towards a stronger, more connected future for hockey in Scotland.
