FixturesLive – How to report results from your Indoor fixtures
Following the opening weekend of the Indoor Season, we know that teams experienced issues with reporting results to FixturesLive from their indoor fixtures.
We apologise for any difficulties and inconvenience caused.
Unbeknown to us, there is an additional piece of information required to be included in the text message sent with each result. This slightly differs from the procedure for the outdoor season.
FixturesLive has provided a help guide for submitting results when teams have more than one match in a day e.g. during an indoor session http://w.fixtureslive.com/support/112/article/How-do-I-text-in-if-I-have-multiple-matches-on-the-same-day
If you have any further issues, please contact FixturesLive helpdesk [email protected]
Thank you
