Pre AGM – Year End Accounts Meeting
Dear Club President / Secretary / Trustee / Treasurer,
We hope you are well and had a good, enjoyable, and successful season of hockey.
We are inviting you to an online meeting on Monday 11 May 2026 at7pm to present and answer questions on our 2025 year end accounts.
This is in advance of our AGM, which will be held on 15 June. Please attend this pre-AGM meeting to take the chance to ask any accounts-related questions, so that accounts can be approved and seconded at the AGM.
Among the key people attending the meeting (including our board and staff) will be our Chair, Neil Francis; Finance Director, Mike Burnet; CEO, Derek Keir; and Senior Finance Officer, Lloyd Sammeroff..

Additionally, we are looking for a new Vice President of Scottish Hockey and are looking for clubs to nominate who they would like as our Vice President. If you have someone in mind please get in touch for more information and a discussion. A nomination form can be found here
If a club wishes to raise a statutory resolution in line with the Articles and Company Law, it must be submitted to [email protected] with the support of at least six clubs by no later than 5pm on Friday 29 May June 2026.
