Introduction to Hockey Coaching Workshop (North)

Introduction to Hockey Coaching Course offers you knowledge and fundamentals to start coaching hockey. This course is perfect if you see yourself as a beginner and want to increase your knowledge and confidence to assist within a session.  You must be 16 years old or over.

Please find below the details for the Introduction to Hockey Coaching Course in North District

Dates – 6th February (held online) and 15th February (practical at Aberdeen Sports Village)

Times – 7pm – 9.30pm on 6th February then 9am – 11am on 15th February

The online module for the Introduction to Hockey Coaching Course will last 2.5 hours and will be conducted using Zoom. There will be a variety of learning tasks to complete, including watching videos, so please ensure you have an appropriate internet connection. It is beneficial to check prior to attending that your camera and microphone work.

For the practical session you will plan a practice/game and deliver it to the group.

There are also 4 e-learning modules to complete prior to attending the online modules (2 hours approx.).
