iKnow: Coach Connections

Keith Smith and Nikki Symington, Watsonians HC Coaches, will explain how they worked together in season 2019/20 to support player development and transitions between 1st and 2nd teams.  Coaches will then have time to reflect and discuss their own situations within small groups with time for Q+A at the end.

Scottish Hockey has launched iKnow month – four weeks of evening online skills and best practice workshops in January.

These workshops will offer members the chance to sharpen skills in governance; workforce development; media; changing lives; good practice; and parental engagement.
