Hockey Ready webinar
Captains and Coaches are invited to attend this FREE webinar to learn more about the Hockey Ready warm-up, which was launched earlier this year.

The webinar will provide networking opportunities with people from clubs across Scotland as well as a chance to understand more about the structure of the warm-up and ask Tom Johnston (the creator) questions. He created the warm-up as part of his PhD. It is a 20minute warm-up, which follows the RAMP principle and is suitable for all players to participate. It is progressive, utilising time and space with the intensity increasing to replicate the demands of the game to engage the major muscle groups and reduce injury.
