Team Talk Workshops
Scottish Hockey is offering coaches an exciting opportunity to hear from the Senior Men’s and Women’s coaching staff during their Summer Internationals.
These workshops will take place at Peffermill on Sunday 16th June. The workshops are aimed at Level 2 or 3 coaches and those working towards these levels. You will observe the Senior Men and Women games against Wales and South Africa focusing on various tactical aspects.
11.45am – 2.15pm. Eugene Connolly, Senior Men’s Manager will provide insight into the expectations for the team against Wales and a review will be held afterwards relating to the 2 topics below:
- Attacking Outletting
- Team Defence
2.15pm – 5.15pm. Gordon Shepherd or Neil Menzies, Senior Women coaching staff will provide insight into the expectations for the team against South Africa and a review will be held afterwards relating to:
- Success of the game plan?
- Half-time team talk?
- Any changes made – why and what?
The cost for attending these workshops will be £20 per workshop or £30 for both and if interested, please contact Colleen Reid to reserve your place.
