Scottish Hockey launches series of District Roadshows
Scottish Hockey will run four District Roadshows in
March to provide updates to members regarding on-going projects and
also enable members to raise topics for discussion.
The roadshows will take place at the following venues:
East District Roadshow
Monday 5 March, 19.30
Grange Hockey Club, Portgower Place, Edinburgh, EH4 1HQ
North District Roadshow
Monday 12 March, 19.00
Hillhead Sports Complex, Don Street, Aberdeen, AB24 1WU
West District (Men & Women) Roadshow
Thursday 15 March, 19.00
Clydesdale Hockey Club, Titwood, Beaton Road, Glasgow, G41
4LA
Midland Roadshow
Monday 26 March, 18.30
Lynch Sports Centre, South Road, Dundee, DD2 4SR
Lee Cousins (President) and Robert Heatly (Chief Executive) will
provide updates in the following areas:
- Youth Membership & Registration
- Partnership with Aberdeen Asset Management
- Glasgow ‘Home for Hockey’
- Scottish Hockey 2012 Business Plan
- 2012 Olympic Games Activation
There will also be an open forum for members to raise
topics for discussion and we would encourage you
to submit topics for discussion or questions to us in
advance of the meeting so that we make the most effective
use of the time available.
We welcome and would encourage all members to attend, whether
you are a player, coach, official, volunteer or combination of
these roles.
