Governance Update

Below is an update on the Governance Review process
following the Scottish Hockey AGM in June.

Clubs are invited to note the contents, distribute to members as
required and feedback comments if appropriate by 23 August.

Note that it is intended to hold a Special General Meeting in
late October, principally to approve the recommended top level
structure, approve any updated articles and conduct elections for
key appointments.
